Job Summary:
Streiv is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding and implementation process for our clients. This role is essential in ensuring clients experience a smooth transition to our solutions, from initial setup through to successful deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience from contract signing to full implementation.
Project Management: Manage implementation projects, including planning, coordinating resources, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery.
Customer Training: Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use Streiv’s products, ensuring they can maximize their value.
Technical Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing any technical queries or issues.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the implementation process to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and a smooth handoff between departments.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes, client interactions, and project milestones.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in implementation management, project management, or a related field, preferably in SaaS or tech industries.
Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Customer Service Orientation: Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SaaS products and the ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on finding solutions that meet client needs.
Remote Work Capability: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with strong self-management and organizational skills.
