Job Summary:
Streiv is seeking a highly motivated High Ticket Sales Closer to join our remote sales team. This commission-only role is critical in driving revenue by closing high-value deals efficiently through a simple, quick sales process. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in high-ticket sales, business process, or tech sales, and excels in a one-call close model.
Close High-Value Deals: Efficiently manage and close sales using a straightforward, fast-paced sales process.
Develop New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
Upsell Existing Accounts: Build strong relationships with existing clients to identify upselling opportunities and maximize account value.
Sales Process Management: Handle the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close, ensuring a smooth and quick customer experience.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success and leadership teams to align on strategies and share insights.
Experience: High-ticket sales a plus, with experience in business process or tech sales being a significant advantage. Bonus if you have completed any High Ticket Sales course or have a sales guru you learn from.
One-Call Close Expertise: Proven success in a one-call close sales environment.
Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship building and management.
Self-Motivated: Highly driven with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
Remote Work Capability: Proven ability to excel in a remote work environment, with strong self-management and communication skills.
Uncapped commission structure with an OTE of $20,000 per month.
